Rental conditions and prices

The apartments are rented under the following conditions:

• The minimum rental period is 1 month.
• The maximum rental period is 6 months. The contract will be terminated by operation of law after 6 months and cannot be extended.
• Deposit for the apartments is 1 month's rent.
• The notice period for the apartments is 1 month. To be canceled in writing before the 1 st of the month. In case of late cancellation, the entire month must be paid.
• The rent is paid monthly in advance by bank transfer. lf payment is not made on time, the rent will be terminated immediately.
• Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartments
• Minimum age main tenant 21 years.
• The apartments on the upper floors have their own house number, which makes it possible to register with the municipality of Weert.
• The apartments are rented including a basic package of gas, water and electricity. Internet and TV. Additional costs will be charged after the end of the rental.
• You can use the shared washing machine and dryer.
• The rent includes linen package and approx. 1 hour of cleaning per week.
• The rent does not include an optional municipal parking space that can be rented.
• You will receive an inventory list and the conditions. These can also be requested in advance.
• Check-in by appointment between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., check-out before 11 a.m. 
• Excluding municipal taxes when registering with the municipality of Weert
